Cons
- ✗ The smell of urine and feces hits you in the face right when you walk into this location.
- ✗ Their lack of care while handling dirty underwear and immediately after start setting up the table to change her feeding tube WITHOUT gloves made me doubt everything else.
- ✗ Countless times I found my mother bathed in a pool of liquid from the feeding tube that had been misplaced and had been leaking for hours.
- ✗ The floor was still dirty after being there for 2 hours, and nothing had been done.
- ✗ Where they have everybody locked up, it smelled like everything you can think of.
- ✗ You have to go to the back to see people pee on the floor and do whatever they think on the floor, and they leave it there until somebody complains about it.
- ✗ The food is very sad.
- ✗ They steal his clothes.
- ✗ The nursing staff has to yell and scream, which is unpleasant.
- ✗ It’s not a place for anyone to be.
