- ✗ Social service very uncaring in her approach with me as a patient.
- ✗ Most of the staff here don't know which way is left or right.
- ✗ They spend more time chit-chatting on their phones and sitting around than taking care of patients.
- ✗ The only good thing about this place are the residents in it.
- ✗ I was never taken outside after asking many times.
- ✗ Staff left me in a wet bed.
- ✗ Therapy was discontinued, so I became atrophied to the point that I am unable to walk 16 years later.
- ✗ Although they claim to be short-staffed, they never appear to be on a daily basis.
- ✗ The food gets many complaints.
- ✗ Laundry goes to be washed and doesn't come back a lot.
